If you are a new parent or even an old one it’s time to get excited as we are going to provide you with some very common and rare facts about your toddler’s and your health.

A newborn brings a whirlwind of activity to your life. At first, newborn health might seem limited to round-the-clock feeding, bathing, diapering and soothing — but there's more to newborn health than these basics. Newborn health also extends to parents. After all, taking good care of your baby includes taking good care of yourself. Sneak in as much sleep as possible, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need a break. If you're breast-feeding, you know you're giving your baby a healthy start. However, if you need to take medication while you're breast-feeding, you might have questions about the possible impact on your breast milk. Almost any drug that's present in your blood will transfer into your breast milk to some extent. However, most medications do so at low levels and pose no real risk to most infants. There are exceptions, though, in which drugs can become concentrated in breast milk. As a result, every medication must be considered separately.

As your baby grows and changes, you might have new questions about infant health. How can you encourage your baby to sleep through the night? When should you introduce solid foods? When will your baby sit up? What are red flags for infant health?

Kids learn from their parents' example. So don't just talk about healthy eating. Show them by making nutritious and delicious meals at home. We know from researchers that repeated exposure to nutritious food can increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables children eat. However, it may take upwards of 10 to 15 exposures to a new food. It helps in curing iron deficiency as well.

Your baby's doctor is a great resource for learning more about infant health. Take simple precautions to prevent falls, burns and other household mishaps. For many parents, a toddler's limited vocabulary leads to other toddler health concerns — such as temper tantrums. Learn why tantrums happen, and what you can do to encourage good behavior. Understand what to expect from your toddler, and which toddler health concerns deserve special attention.

We at Medlabz provide diagnostics services for babies at your doorstep so you don’t have to bear the burden of travelling to the laboratory. Get the detailed analysis of your baby’s health from the doctor and we will get the tests done using our expert laboratories.
